Assessment: We will conduct an assessment with the potential resident (and their family, if applicable) to understand their care needs, preferences, and medical history. This helps us determine if our community is a good fit and to develop an appropriate care plan. This often involves a state-required assessment form completed by a physician.
Review of Paperwork: We will review financial information and required medical documentation, including a TB screening.
Residency Agreement: Once accepted, you will review and sign a residency agreement that outlines services, costs, and community policies.
Move-In Planning: Our team will work with you to coordinate a smooth transition into The Flower Pot Assisted Living Community.

We encourage family and friends to visit their loved ones at The Flower Pot. We generally have an open visitation policy, meaning you can visit at times that are convenient for you and the resident. However, we do ask that visitors:

Respect the privacy and comfort of all our residents.
Sign in and out at the reception area for security purposes.
Be mindful of mealtimes and scheduled activities.
Follow any current health and safety guidelines, which may include specific protocols during flu season or other public health concerns. We will always communicate any temporary changes to visitation policies.

For after-hours visits or special circumstances, please coordinate with our staff.
